I was very weary of buying another jeep as my past experience was not very good. Brooke worked with me even on her days off to find me the car that I would be happy with. She was attentive, patient, kind and very dedicated. She made the process simple and quick and did not give up until she found me something that worked for my budget and also something I would be happy with! Thank you Brooke for going above and beyond and doing everything you did to put me in a reliable vehicle. I appreciate you for all you did and do and I would recommend Butlers, 10/10.

My wife and I knew instantly when Brooke Hayes came out to greet us that we were in good hands. She was engaging, and listened fully to what we were looking for. Through the entire process, Brooke was attentive to every detail, seeking our reactions and carrying on pleasant social exchanges, all without a hint of "salesman" attitude. Her flexibility was amazing: the day of closing, my wife had an appointment in a nearby city. It never occurred to us that she would be needed to sign paperwork. Brooke handled all this with grace, going ahead with what could be done, then staying engaged until my wife could return. All without the slightest impatience. She has continued to stay in contact, wanting to be certain all was well with our car, encouraging us to let her know of any needs or concerns.
